About Swallow Science Melbourne
Swallow Science Melbourne is a specialist speech pathology clinic focused on the assessment and management of swallowing, voice and upper airway disorders in adults.​

Our work is centred on delivering timely, evidence-based care, with a particular emphasis on instrumental swallowing assessment, including swallow x-ray (videofluoroscopic swallow study or VFSS) and swallowing endoscopy (flexible endoscopic evaluation of swallowing or FEES).​
We are committed to supporting people living with dysphagia and related conditions through personalised, data-informed clinical care that prioritises safety, function and quality of life.

Dr Lillian Krikheli - Principal Speech Pathologist
Lilli is a certified practicing speech pathologist, researcher and academic with over 10 years of experience providing care to adults with swallowing and communication impairments. She has a Bachelor of Health Sciences, a Master of Speech Pathology, and completed her PhD in 2020. She has worked in public and private hospitals and clinics in acute, rehabilitation and outpatient settings across Melbourne.

Lilli has a specific interest in working with adults living with progressive neurological and chronic conditions. Her goal is to optimise quality of life for people living with swallowing, coughing and secretion issues with an active, data-driven approach to care.

Alongside the clinic, Lilli enjoys a substantive teaching and research lecturer role at La Trobe University and has worked with Safer Care Victoria (DHHS) and Speech Pathology Australia to improve clinical governance.
