Online bookings for patients are available for instrumental assessments only:

Videofluoroscopic Swallowing Studies (VFSS) at Holmesglen Private Hospital
Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) – at our Caulfield South rooms

All other services (swallowing therapy, secretion management, upper airway management, voice banking, and residential aged care visits) need to be booked directly with the clinic via the contact form below or admin@swallowscience.com.au.

Please have your referral documents / medical imaging slips ready to upload to the patient intake form to reserve your booking.

⚠️ Online bookings will initially be marked as “pending” so we can confirm room availability (e.g. x-ray suite). You will receive a separate confirmation email once your appointment is finalised.
