YETI Rambler Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions
Promoter: Lillian Krikheli trading as Swallow Science Melbourne, ABN 41 766 868 708 (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are registered delegates attending the conference at which Swallow Science Melbourne is exhibiting.
Entry is free and limited to one entry per person.
How to enter
To enter, eligible delegates must complete and submit the Swallow Science Melbourne prize draw form during the competition period, including all required questions.
No purchase is necessary.
Competition period
The competition opens on Saturday, 15/08/26 and closes at [INSERT TIME] on Sunday, 16/08/26.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
Prize
The prize is one YETI Rambler 18 oz Bottle in Royal Blue, valued at approximately AUD $50.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
YETI is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or involved in the administration of this promotion. The conference organiser is also not affiliated with or responsible for the promotion.
Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closes. The draw will take place at the Promoter's premises in Melbourne.
The winner will be contacted by email and must respond within 7 days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries.
The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
Prize delivery
The Promoter will arrange postage within Australia or, where appropriate, delivery within metropolitan Melbourne.
Privacy and communications
Personal information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the competition, including selecting and contacting the winner, and will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Swallow Science Melbourne Privacy Policy.
Entering the competition does not subscribe entrants to marketing communications.
Entrants may separately choose to receive news, resources and updates from Swallow Science Melbourne by selecting the optional consent checkbox on the entry form. Choosing not to subscribe does not affect eligibility to enter or win.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of entries and to disqualify incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value where permitted by law.
The Promoter is not responsible for technical problems or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent an entry from being received.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
By submitting an entry, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
